Our Mission

Industrial operations run on disconnected tools, separate systems for fleet tracking, cameras, CMMS, inventory, and IoT. We built Powoflow to unify them. One platform, one login, one source of truth for everything from edge AI to work orders. Our mission is to give operators complete visibility and control over their physical assets, no matter how remote, how harsh, or how regulated the environment.

What We've Built

Built, not slideware

611 API endpoints, tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, and live updates pushed to the screen rather than polled for. Built cloud-first and event-driven, so the parts scale independently and a fault in one stays there.

Edge to Cloud

Hardware we design ourselves, cellular trackers, Field Agents built on a Raspberry Pi CM5 with a Hailo-8 accelerator, a ground-vibration sensor node, and the long-range environmental sensors we resell. All connected to Powoflow with over-the-air updates and remote diagnostics.

AI at Every Layer

Claude-powered conversational assistant, YOLOv8 edge detection, document AI with OCR and semantic search, anomaly detection, and photo-to-asset creation, intelligence built into every workflow.

53 authoritative feeds on one map, from USGS earthquakes to NASA fire satellites, NOAA weather to maritime AIS tracking, with proximity alerting and asset correlation.

Every data path designed for traceability. Immutable audit logs, multi-tenant isolation, tier-based data retention, and role-based access control ensure regulatory compliance at every level.

Hospital Environments

Graceful degradation ensures operations continue even when secondary systems encounter issues. Non-destructive defaults preserve data integrity, and offline-capable mobile apps keep field teams productive.

Industrial Operations

ISA 18.2 alarm management with full state-machine lifecycle, ISO 14224 failure coding for root cause analysis, digital signatures for compliance, and serialized inventory tracking down to individual components.
